Overview
Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a Pain Management practice in Corvallis, OR (30 miles S of Salem). Urgently Hiring. No nights, weekends, or call. Responsibilities
Patient Evaluation and consultation — review health and medical histories, examine patients, review pertinent medical records/imaging, and reason for visit Consult with referring Physicians/Healthcare team regarding diagnosis as needed Develop and implement treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs Educate patients on diagnosis, potential treatment options, lifestyle changes, and rehabilitation/modalities Medication management (monitoring opioids) Provide treatments including joint injections, trigger point injections, and PRP injections (training provided) Documentation/progress notes — accurate and timely records, document treatments in patient charts, and chart patient’s progress Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care Communicate effectively with staff and patients Contribute to an excellent patient experience with a friendly and focused attitude Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program PA/NP license in OR Pain management, joint injection, and trigger point injection experience preferred (training provided) Must be comfortable with monitoring opioid use Schedule
Full time (Monday–Friday) Salary
$150k per year (DOE) plus bonus; total potential compensation range of $155k-$300k per year Benefits
