The Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at Houston Methodist is actively recruiting an Otolaryngology Sleep Surgeon to join our academic team. Preferred candidates will have sleep medicine board certification or a sleep surgery fellowship. The role involves leading the sleep surgery division, training residents, engaging in research, and developing a sleep surgery fellowship. Current procedures include hypoglossal nerve stimulation, DaVinci SP base of tongue resections, hyoid suspensions, expansion UPPPs, and maxillomandibular advancements. We seek a Board-certified or Board-eligible individual at the rank of Assistant Professor or higher, with excellent clinical and surgical skills, a strong academic record, and a commitment to education. The faculty consists of 12 subspecialty-trained otolaryngologists and 5 generalists. About Houston Methodist
