Position Description As a Field Technician, you’ll start by working alongside experienced crew members, learning the ins and outs of pipeline rehabilitation using Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) technology. This is a physically active, hands-on role where you’ll assist with preparing job sites, operating equipment, and supporting pipe repair installations.

Key Responsibilities Assist with setup and operation of construction equipment. Support project teams on residential and commercial job sites. Follow instructions from the Lead Technician during installations and repairs. Maintain tools, safety gear, and proper stock in company issued vehicle. Assemble pipe sections, tubing, and fittings using various tools and materials. Conduct safety checks and follow all job site safety protocols. Provide professional, friendly customer service at every interaction. Travel to job sites (in company vehicle) and maintain communication with dispatchers.

What We’re Looking For Background in hands-on work (construction, plumbing, labor, etc.) Positive attitude, punctual, and career-focused Team player who is coachable and eager to learn Comfortable interacting with customers and teammates Clean, valid driver’s license Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and working outdoors Willingness to travel throughout the Northeast and work flexible hours
