Overview
Annual Enrollment Representative
(AEP) – Healthcare Call Center. This is a 5-month contract-to-hire opportunity ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others navigate healthcare options. Role start date: 10/20. This position is onsite in Las Vegas, NV.
Responsibilities
Handle high-volume inbound calls from Medicare patients, answering basic questions about health plans. Manage approximately 200-250 calls per day and transfer interested callers to insurance brokers for detailed plan discussions.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED 1+ year of customer service experience (phone and in-person) 6+ months of call center experience Strong communication and call flow management skills
Schedule and Location
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Location: Las Vegas, NV 89113 (ONSITE) – Near Durango Casino/Ikea
Compensation
Pay: $20.00 per hour (paid weekly)

The position is a temporary assignment with eligibility for benefits where applicable. Benefits may include medical, dental & vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, HSA, transportation benefits, and PTO/Leave, subject to eligibility.
