Responsibilities
Shape the next generation of Risk Platform architecture that powers the employer Articulate a long-term technical direction and vision for maintaining and scaling web and mobile platforms Create trustworthy user experiences by building simple, performant, and reliable interfaces using modern tools Develop a tangible quarterly roadmap by collaborating with engineers, product managers, and senior leadership Mentor and train team members on design techniques and coding standards
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, focusing on web apps and user-facing features with JavaScript and React Proven experience in developing and shipping user-facing features using component-based UI frameworks Familiarity with front-end architecture trends, including performance, security, and usability Experience working closely with designers, engineers, and product managers throughout the product lifecycle Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code that meets customer needs
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on front-end teams in the finance or compliance sectors At least 1 year of experience in developing React Native mobile apps or transitioning existing native apps to React Native
