As a Branch Office Administrator, you\'ll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You\'ll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Edward Jones\' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits, short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. Short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage are provided at no cost to associates. Edward Jones offers a 401k retirement plan, and tax-advantaged accounts such as health savings account and flexible spending account. Edward Jones observes ten paid holidays and provides 15 days of vacation for new associates beginning on January 1 of each year, as well as sick time, personal days, and a paid day for volunteerism. Compensation
We\'ll be competitively compensated. Edward Jones uses a human-centered approach to partner for positive impact and improve the lives of clients, colleagues, and communities. Compensation includes discretionary and variable programs with bonus opportunities based on branch and firm profitability, along with individual performance. The hiring minimum and maximum range shown below is a subset of the total pay range and there is also an opportunity for merit-based salary increases as you progress in the BOA role. Hiring Minimum:

Client Service:
Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members. Account Management:
Aptitude to learn and understand the financial services industry. Includes account opening, handling account transfers and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. Administrative & Operational Support:
Strong ability to work independently at the direction of the financial advisor. Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence and supporting marketing initiatives. Streamlining processes with updating SOPs and strategically execute on the branch business plan. Technology:
