Write clean, scalable code using Core programming language, C#. Develop and maintain current and future web applications. Collaborate with Client User Representatives to troubleshoot and design solutions that meet requirements. Communicate with Project Manager and/or Team Lead regarding level of effort, status of ongoing work, and potential issues. Work well in a team or as a sole contributor with limited supervision. Manage time effectively with multiple priorities and deadlines. Adapt to a rapidly changing environment and work creatively with minimal supervision. Work from written specifications and pre-established guidelines. Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills. Education Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience. Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (Preferred). Technical Skills / Experience
3–5 years of hands-on Python development with strong core language features (data structures, exception handling, OOP, file I/O, functional programming). Proficient with Python web frameworks such as Django and/or Flask. Experience with Identity server – OIDC & SAML-based authentication. Experience with .NET Core C#, n-tier architectures and design patterns. Minimum 5 years in design, development, and support of .NET MVC Core-focused development. Minimum 5 years in the complete lifecycle of design, development, deployment, and support of web applications. Minimum 3 years in Relational Databases (Oracle 11g/12c, MS-SQL). Solid HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Bootstrap; .NET Framework 4, .NET Core 8, Razor Pages, MVC 5. Experience creating and consuming REST APIs. Experience interfacing with customers and systems analysts to understand requirements. Minimum 3 years with IIS and Docker. Git version control. Umbraco (Core CMS) – Highly desired.
