$65,000 – $80,000 annually + bonus
A growing insurance agency is seeking a
Commercial Lines Account Manager
to join their team. This role focuses on
small commercial accounts , with a strong preference for candidates who bring experience from a
wholesale background . What You’ll Do: Manage a portfolio of small commercial accounts with a focus on delivering exceptional client service. Handle renewals, policy changes, certificates, and endorsements with accuracy and efficiency. Work closely with producers and carriers to ensure client needs are met. Provide support in marketing accounts and preparing proposals. Maintain compliance with internal procedures and industry regulations. What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years of commercial lines experience; wholesale background strongly preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with
ALIS agency management system
is a significant plus. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to thrive in a hybrid environment, with two days per week required in the Providence, RI office. What’s Offered: Competitive base salary of
