In this position, you’ll be part of our IT Business Applications team supporting INTEGRIS Health caregivers and the community.

The Applications Analyst supports application implementations, upgrades, ongoing maintenance, Technology Governance, the Project Management Lifecycle, Service Transition, and Service Operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 4 years of experience, or 6 years of relevant experience. Experience with software used in financial, clinical, or enterprise systems. Experience with financial, clinical, or web-based systems preferred. Certification in supported technologies as required. Effective communication skills in verbal and written forms. ITIL certification within 6 months of hire. Must communicate effectively in English. In applicable departments: Licensed candidates must maintain active licensure per Oklahoma law. Preferred Experience: UKG/KRONOS Workforce WFM Pro, Timekeeping, Absence. Responsibilities: Analyze current systems and procedures; recommend design modifications. Support evaluation of new software products, including testing and deployment. Assess hardware/software combinations and provide recommendations. Plan deployment and support of products during Service Transition to Service Operation. Test and document in collaboration with design teams. Maintain as-built architectures for support. Implement software patches and upgrades. Develop and deliver training using various learning modalities. The Applications Analyst reports to the Manager or Director of the department. Additional physical or respiratory requirements may apply. The work environment is primarily office-based, with potential exposure to clinical hazards when in healthcare areas.
