Overview
JOB SUMMARY The HRIS Functional Analyst will perform and evaluate all HR functions within the HRIS system while partnering with our dynamic HR team. The incumbent is responsible for supporting and optimizing Workday HCM system, ensuring seamless integration with HR processes, and contributing to system upgrades and enhancements. As a key member of the HR team focusing on the HRIS system, the incumbent will work closely with HR, IT, and other cross-functional teams to provide ongoing system support, ensure data accuracy, and drive improvements to enhance overall HR service delivery. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; required Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; preferred Workday HCM certification(s) or willingness to obtain within one year of hire; preferred Minimum three (3) years of HR generalist experience; required Minimum three (3) years of experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday; required Experience contributing to HRIS integrations and data migration; required Current knowledge of HR best practices and experience in HR process design; required Saint Francis Healthcare System is committed to a compensation philosophy that aligns to the fiftieth percentile of the marketplace, while crediting applicable and relevant work experience when computing offers.
