The Opportunity Operating at the intersection of logistics and tech, Flexport has developed a unique value proposition that customers worldwide love, contributing to exponential growth over the last 10 years. As part of our mission to make global trade easy for everyone, we are continuing to grow our implementation organization.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Specialist with client-facing experience supporting end-to-end supply chain solutions and/or fulfillment. You’ll be part of a high-performing implementation team and will onboard our biggest SMB, MM and ENT fulfillment clients into the Flexport network. You’ll help clients learn how to use our tech-enabled supply chain solutions and play a leading role in addressing customizations as needed. Daily activities may include leading a demo of our portal, creating and project-managing a customized implementation strategy (internally and externally), and collaborating internally to support a seamless onboarding experience.
Responsibilities
Grow and retain Flexport’s biggest new fulfillment clients by driving their onboarding experience
Nurture client relationships by deeply understanding business needs and ensuring those needs are met internally
Level set with clients when certain desires are not reasonably possible
Operate across a wide range of client services—often acting as an implementation specialist, with moments of account management or customer support
Lead the customer onboarding process by leveraging internal resources and teams, and hold all parties accountable
Qualifications
4-6 years’ experience in a client service capacity within fulfillment, supply chain, operations, or related field
Willingness to travel to five fulfillment centers to support clients
Enthusiasm for connecting with clients of all backgrounds and a commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience
Fast learning ability, strong work ethic, and desire to grow and retain the client base
Excellent planning, time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and a fast-moving environment
Problem-solving mindset with a dedicated and empathetic attitude toward the client journey
Fluency in English
Compensation The US base salary range for this position (this does not include bonus, equity and benefits):
$85,632 - $107,040 USD
