Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer

to lead the design, development, and deployment of business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. Roles And Responsibilities

Design, build, and implement robust Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards. Lead end-to-end solution development—from requirements gathering to post-deployment support. Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and other third-party APIs. Optimize application performance, enforce governance, and implement security best practices. Mentor junior developers and establish development standards and reusable components. Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and IT teams to gather requirements and provide strategic guidance on Power Platform capabilities. Manage lifecycle of solutions, including CI/CD pipelines, ALM practices, and version control using Azure DevOps or Git. Stay current with platform updates and new features, advising the team and stakeholders accordingly. Basic Qualifications

Must possess a SECRET clearance or above Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or 8 years equivalent experience in lieu of a degree). Experience working in a DoD environment 5+ years of experience in software development with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Power Platform. Deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, and REST APIs. Experience with JavaScript, JSON, PowerFx, and Azure Logic Apps. Familiarity with Power Platform ALM, environment management, and governance strategies. Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Git, or similar version control and DevOps tools. Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or higher. Experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM. Knowledge of data connectors, premium licensing, and licensing constraints. Experience with building custom connectors and integrating with SQL, SharePoint, Azure Functions, etc. Agile/Scrum methodology experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on user experience and business value. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Leadership mindset with mentoring abilities. Remote Compensation:
