KBR is seeking a Systems Engineering Support Specialist to report to the KBR Program Manager and is empowered to execute critical facets of the contract - including but not limited to: interact with Customer and Stakeholders; assist in the development of DE Transformation roadmap views and detailed action plans; manage strategic and tactical outreach communications in response to Customer’s and Stakeholders’ needs; develop and monitor direct and indirect DE Transformation performance results and metrics – as appropriate, early, and timely. This role requires hands-on management of Confluence and Jira content to meet Commander’s Intent. Weekly engagement with contract oversight, peer contracts, and program internals to ensure program planning and status are clearly articulated and documented. Master the body of work captured and how to: Provide views for coordinating internal and external to the program, Work across the contract team to identify status updates that are required, Work across the team to drive closure of open activities Under the guidance of Program Leaders, in consultation with Customer’s and Stakeholders’ leadership lead, plan, facilitate consensus, construct, document, and drive to successful completion on-target and on-time comprehensive DE/MBSE-centric: Assist with onboarding new contract team members to include acquainting them with the governance tools and navigating getting their accesses to these tools Lead, collaborate and coordinate across organizational interfaces e.g., directorates, internal, and external Partners/Stakeholders under various teaming formats e.g., working groups (WG), steering groups, Integrated Product Teams (IPT) etc. Decisively lead, impactfully collaborate, contribute, and comprehensively take charge of taskings and milestones in the formulation, planning, and delivery of step-by-step DE/MBSE guidance and tutorials Plan and execute all program objectives, milestones, reviews, award fee criteria throughout the entire span of the KBR contract Maintain and monthly submit the update to the Integrated Master Plan Support the Program Manager by submitting contract deliverables generated by team members Provide hands-on oversight and mentorship to System Engineers to plan, develop, manage, track, and fulfill contract deliverables and internal KBR Team products Help the team prepare for quarterly Program Management Reviews – coordinating times and locations and facilitating the closure of related actions Required Qualifications

An active TS/SCI with Poly is required to be considered for this position. 7+ Years of experience in government contracting environments. Hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence to manage work in agile or agile-like work environment Strong interpersonal and team-building skills, as well as clear and concise written, verbal communications and presentation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Desired Qualifications

Demonstrated proficiency in: SysML modeling and simulation (M&S) tools e.g. Willing to learn KBR company- and/or program-specific M&S tool of choice Working knowledge of and familiarity with complex dependencies, interactions, and integration of systems-of-system elements i.e., hardware and software constituent modeling, verification, and validation Ability to effectively lead within and impactfully leverage KBR Agile Team framework i.e., multi-task, identify and resolve unexpected issues/barriers, and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment Knowledge in detail designs of satellite systems, ground-based mission systems or mission operations Demonstrated hands-on experience in cross-functional planning, coordination, and task execution across the spectrum of systems engineering and integration activities Object Management Group SysML Model Builder Fundamental Certification 5 + Years of experience in Systems Engineering, space or ground systems engineering and system-of-systems (SoS) development and integration within context of mission, functional, logical, physical, and/or digital thread 5+ years hands-on experience developing space or ground-based SoS technical baseline, hierarchical requirements, verification, and validation (V&V), planning and development execution Hands-on experience in application and execution of SE processes and best practices. Examples: particular Architecture Design and Definition, Requirements Management, Mission and Organization Knowledge Management processes, tools, and/or practices.
