Hybrid (on-site and remote) The technician typically works at client facilities, handling escalations and participating in the Help Desk call queue. Travel to remote sites within 45 minutes of the home office is required one day per week. Key Responsibilities: Resolve problems via phone, web tickets, or escalations (50%) Provide first/second level support Communicate issue status and resolutions promptly Maintain ticket updates and documentation Create and review knowledge base articles (20%) Perform additional tasks as directed, including on-site support and client projects (30%) Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: 3-5 years Help Desk support experience 2-5 years Microsoft Entra ID or Azure AD experience 1-3 years customer service experience Experience supporting customers via phone and in person Ability to multitask and troubleshoot issues Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Windows/MacOS imaging and configuration Proficiency in at least three of the following: Windows 10/11 MS Office Suite Email support (Exchange/O365) Azure/EntraID Active Directory Autopilot/Intune (nice to have) Basic network support skills: Domain/IT environment setup LAN/WAN/wireless technologies VPN clients Hardware and printer support: Troubleshooting laptops, desktops, peripherals Printer setup and troubleshooting Mobile device support: Setup and troubleshooting of smartphones and wireless devices Additional notes:
