Senior Solution Engineer . As a Senior Solution Engineer, you will engineer full-stack AI-driven web applications on the C3 AI Platform. You will work directly with customers to design, develop, and deploy production applications, demos, and proofs-of-technology. The ideal candidate possesses strategic and analytical skills, software development expertise, and excellent interpersonal skills.
This role requires US Citizenship.
A current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with a CI Polygraph or higher is required.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy full-stack, AI-based enterprise applications on the C3 AI Platform Engage with customer executives and domain experts to define and design production-ready application demos Lead a development team and manage individual project deliverables Mentor junior team members on coding standards and design techniques Lead design and development reviews of customer software applications Test, troubleshoot, and enhance customer software applications Identify performance bottlenecks and propose optimizations Drive sales discussions related to architecture and engineering, explaining the C3 AI Platform and system interoperability Deliver technical deep-dives, demonstrations, and customer training Write application specifications and documentation Act as a technical expert in scoping new applications and estimating effort Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies, communicating project status to stakeholders Collaborate with product management and engineering to improve software quality Lead company-wide improvement initiatives impacting customers Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field At least 3+ years of experience in the U.S. Intelligence Community Active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance with CI polygraph (Full-Scope Polygraph preferred) 5+ years of professional software development experience with object-oriented languages Experience leading engineering teams Strong communication and teamwork skills Analytical and problem-solving abilities Organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to travel as needed Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
