Description: Join Our Team as an ASIC & FPGA Project Engineer where you will support over 50 different programs and research and development (R&D) efforts, affecting technology across military space, civil space, commercial space, missiles, missile defense platforms, satellite surveillance platforms, deep space exploration, and manned flight missions. Location: Although this position does support some teleworking, the selected candidate will need to be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility in Sunnyvale, CA; King of Prussia, PA; Denver, CO or Highlands Ranch, CO, and will be expected to work in the office as needed and as appropriate. What does this role look like? We are building the best ASIC/FPGA team in the world in Lockheed Martin Space’s Silicon Solutions group and seek a well-rounded Project Engineer who excels in project planning and tracking, data collection, infrastructure and analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience or familiarity with front-end ASIC or FPGA (circuitware) processes, tools, development lifecycle and risks. Responsibilities

Be responsible for proactively monitoring team member workloads, tracking progress against assigned tasks and labor capacity Prepare project metrics for analysis by Technical Leads and Management Drive advanced features of project planning and tracking tools, such as MS Project and Jira Assist with proposal creation, leveraging data from past projects Set up development and project tracking infrastructure for the development team to ensure consistency and completeness Evolve department data collection and analysis from multiple tools into a unified database Assist with administrative tasks, such as contractor onboarding, status collection, operations reviews, etc., as outlined by Management Communicate effectively with ASIC/FPGA engineers, Technical Leads and Managers, understanding the lifecycle of semiconductor development Qualifications

To be effective in this role, you will need: 2+ years professional experience; 0+ years with a Master’s degree While no clearance is needed to start, you will need to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance; US Citizenship is required Basic Qualifications: Bachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education Professional experience using MS Project or Jira Willing and able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance. US Citizenship is required Desired Skills: 2+ years of professional engineering experience 1+ year of experience in design, debug and/or verification of ASICs or FPGAs Demonstrated self-starter and voracious learner with high EQ Microsoft Office Advanced features of Microsoft Project Advanced features of Atlassian JIRA LAMP Development (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) or similar Control Accounts Manager (CAM) using Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance Security and eligibility

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework. The employee selected will work part of their schedule remotely and part at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports various alternate work schedules; schedules may range from standard 40 hours over five days to condensed schedules. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour days, 3 days off per week Pay and benefits: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $70,100 - $123,625. For other locations, the salary range will reflect the final work location.
