Responsibilities
Experience administrating in managing (Products) Copado deployments on the Salesforce platform - with best practice and governance and change control Experience with GITHUB and Copado and Jira as a base service and change control management Knowledge and experience for best practice oversight and coaching Salesforce project teams on Copado and Release Management processes Experience and knowledge working with a CoE/best practice oversight team and coaching Salesforce project teams in coordination with Salesforce platform owner Experience building and modifying complex applications on a Salesforce lightning platform Strong understanding and experience with all configuration aspects of Salesforce including for development Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) concepts and process Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, Visio) Must have familiarity with agile methodology, tools, and frameworks, i.e., Scrum, Kanban Experience working for Federal, or State government is preferred and best practice oversight collaboration Knowledge, Skills And Abilities / Competencies
