Vascular Surgery Weekender APP - Sanger Heart & Vascular Institute - Charlotte, NC Atrium Health is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) specialized in Vascular Surgery to join our Charlotte team. This full-time role is occupied by AGACNP/ACNP (NP) or PA professionals and supports Sanger Heart & Vascular Institute across multiple locations, with coverage in the Charlotte area. Position Description
Inpatient, CMC-Main. Full-time (40 hours). Day shift, 10- or 13-hour shifts including Saturday and Sunday (0700-1900). Holidays required. No call. Teaching opportunities with APP and Physician Fellows. Position Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited NP or PA program. Must be Acute Care NP or Physician Assistant. Current NC license to practice as NP or PA. Current prescriptive privileges and DEA license required. BLS for healthcare providers from AHA required. Nurse practitioners: master’s degree or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) required. Physician Assistants: NCCPA certification preferred. 1+ years of experience preferred. Vascular Surgery experience preferred but not required. Demonstrates critical thinking and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Ability to perform thorough history and physical assessment and work with a multidisciplinary team. NC Licensure. Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $50.05 - $75.10 hourly. Base compensation within the listed pay range based on qualifications, skills, experience, and training. Premium pay such as shift, on-call, and more based on job. Incentive pay for select positions; opportunity for annual increases based on performance.
