Data and Automation Team specializes in developing custom Autodesk Inventor and Vault solutions for customers. They deliver and support these solutions to meet specific customer requirements.
Join a collaborative, cross-functional team of self-driven specialists implementing Tacton CPQ for manufacturers. You’ll translate complex product and process knowledge into scalable configuration, pricing, and quotation solutions—focused on user experience, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes. Training on Tacton is provided; everyone develops broad capability across the stack while maintaining one or two “expert” focus areas.
The ideal candidate will be confident in adapting to the latest technological innovations. They will be resourceful, authentic, and optimistic when sharing knowledge and take accountability for their services.
Responsibilities
Facilitate workshops with manufacturers to capture product rules, constraints, pricing logic, workflows, and UX needs. Convert ambiguous requirements into structured rules, criteria, and data models aligned to manufacturing processes. Implement product automation and Sales BOM generation in Tacton. Design and build Configurator UIs and the broader CPQ environment UI with a strong focus on usability. Configure pricing automation (list, cost-plus, discounts, approvals, margin protection). Define workflows (approval gates, eligibility/restrictions, user roles/permissions). Lead system integrations with CRM/ERP (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365, SAP, NetSuite) using APIs, middleware, and webhooks. Implement 3D web visualization for configured products; connect to parametric data. Enable CAD integration and automation (e.g., Inventor, SolidWorks, Creo) for drawing/package generation. Build adjunct web applications and web UIs to extend CPQ and support self-service. Develop and consume APIs; create robust, testable integration patterns. Requirements
Strong drive to seek out and create new applications Solid understanding of Azure development Experience with ASP.net, C# Experience in rule/logic modeling (constraints, calculations, dependencies). Proficiency with web application development and web UI development (modern JS frameworks; component-based UI; accessibility and UX fundamentals). API interactions: REST, JSON, auth (OAuth2), error handling, and integration troubleshooting. Strong communication skills for customer discovery, solution demos, and collaborative design. Self-directed, curious, and comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-resolution and analytical skills Excellent people skills, with a professional attitude CPQ Training Provided:
