Strong project management skills, with expertise in planning, scheduling, and multi-team coordination. Analytical problem-solving ability, particularly in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments. Experience in Agile/SAFe transformation efforts, including Program Increment (PI) backlog management. Proficiency in coordinating cross-functional dependencies and removing blockers. SAFe Certification (SAFe RTE, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent) - Mandatory. Expertise in Agile frameworks, JIRA, Confluence, and Agile release tracking tools. Preferred: Experience in GenAI, Data Science, or AI-driven platform development. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical R&D processes and compliance requirements.
