Overview

Project Manager (Non-IT): IV (Lead) – Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, United States. Duration: 04+ Months. Pay rate: $70 - $90/Hr. Hybrid - 3 days in office. This role would be primarily working on the Transportation Fleet Org (truck fleet) and other technology initiatives. Responsibilities

Collaborate with business leaders to develop project plans: understand key initiative milestones, interdependencies across initiatives, and the required communications. Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance. Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and other project managers to develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for initiatives. Manage project teams and ensure program goals are reached. Be accountable for delivering against established business goals and objectives. Identify interdependencies, risks, and opportunities across projects with other program/project managers. Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate program risks and produce status reports for managers and stakeholders. Qualifications

A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience supporting and managing large-scale projects and programs. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or a related field. Project Management Certification (PMI or other methodologies), Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci or other), and Lean Six Sigma certification and/or experience are highly desirable. Advanced knowledge in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Public speaking, facilitation, problem-solving and analytical skills, multi-tasking, organization, leadership, and time management. Benefits
