Five years of experience in an Oracle ERP support role At least one year working with Oracle Cloud Experience creating Oracle Cloud OTBI reports Knowledge of key business processes and standard procedures Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Availability for after-hours work as needed Preferred Experience
Act as a key functional analyst for Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP, supporting Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA) and Supply Chain (PO, INV, OM, Procurement) Support month-end and year-end close activities ensuring data accuracy Participate in upgrades, patches, testing, and new module implementations Perform functional configuration and testing of ERP modules Design, build, and maintain reports using OTBI and BI Publisher Develop FBDI templates for data uploads and ensure data integrity Customize and upload document templates in BI Publisher Create functional specifications and training materials; lead user training Responsibilities
Troubleshoot ERP modules and workflows Manage data entry, file loads, and report generation Maintain ERP Quick Reference Guides Train users on reports and tools Ensure scheduled jobs and processes run smoothly Research and develop efficient processes for compliance Collaborate with developers and project teams Maintain EPM System standards Perform User Acceptance Testing Report to ERP Functional Manager; after-hours support required
