Visual Studio / SQL Programmer
to join their in-house development team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of internal systems, including ERP-related applications, with a focus on building scalable, efficient solutions that support business operations.
This hybrid role offers flexibility while maintaining strong collaboration with both the IT and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Visual Studio (VB.NET / C#) and Microsoft SQL Server
Support, enhance, and integrate ERP system components and modules
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions
Optimize database performance through query tuning, indexing, and stored procedures
Ensure application code adheres to best practices for performance, security, and maintainability
Troubleshoot software issues and provide ongoing support to internal users
Skills & Experience
1+ years of experience in software development using Visual Studio (VB.NET or C#)
Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including T-SQL scripting, stored procedures, and database design
Previous experience supporting or integrating with ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics, Epicor, NetSuite, Sage, etc.)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a hybrid team environment
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with report development (e.g., SSRS, Crystal Reports)
Exposure to manufacturing, distribution, or finance industries
Familiarity with modern integration techniques (REST APIs, data pipelines, etc.)
