We are searching for an Architectural Designer to join our growing Architecture team in Peachtree Corners, GA. This role is ideal for someone located in or willing to relocate near Peachtree Corners to collaborate effectively with the team and engage in in-person mentorship opportunities. The ideal candidate possesses 0-2 years of related architectural design experience (internship, co-op, and professional experience included) and wants to grow, collaborate, and innovate. Responsibilities
Prepare architectural designs, scale drawings and contract documents Follow project design guides and templates Research materials and assemble details; understand materials and methods Work collaboratively under the mentorship of seasoned, licensed Architects Engage in design across multiple markets and geographies to broaden knowledge and deepen skills related to building systems design Be an independent self-starter and move quickly and efficiently through a variety of design stages, from concept plans to construction documentation Qualifications
BArch (5-year program) or MArch (6-year program) from an accredited college or university 0-2 years of related architectural design experience (including internship, co-op or professional experience) Experience with Revit and AutoCAD Enrollment in the AIA Architectural Experience Program / Intern Development Program is preferred Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-tasking, and self-motivated to produce high quality work Willingness to learn and grow professionally About Pond

Compensation is determined based on scope and level of position, geographic location, candidate skill, knowledge and experience. The starting base pay varies; see the posting for the hiring range.
