Position Title: SAP Analyst
Reports To: Director, Information Technology
Location: Required to work onsite from Royal Cup headquarters in Birmingham, AL - This is not a remote work position.

Overview
The SAP Analyst will report to the Director, Information Technology, and will be responsible for configuring and maintaining SAP ECC 6 system to meet business needs. The incumbent will support the SAP modules Sales & Distribution (SD) and Customer Service (CS) and play an intricate role in the transition to S/4 HANA. The role involves troubleshooting issues, implementing configuration changes to streamline processes, and managing existing customizations while minimizing workflow disruptions. The SAP Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend system enhancements and lead optimization efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals. Responsibilities
Configure and maintain settings within Royal Cup's SAP ECC 6 system to meet business needs. Analyze current business processes to find areas for improvement, implementing best practices to optimize workflows within SAP and make operations more efficient. Ability to establish effective collaboration with various departments as it will be essential to gain insights into the requirements of SAP from business users. Utilizing and evaluating data from SAP to gain valuable insights, address issues, and offer suggestions. Support end-users in Sales, Billing, and Customer Service by troubleshooting SAP-related issues, conduct training as needed, and create user documentation. Conduct thorough system testing and validation to guarantee optional functionality. Ensures that SAP configuration effectively manages the diverse range of sales products and distribution channels. Collaborate with existing project to improve the beverage equipment process from purchase to billing. Remain abreast of the latest SAP developments. All other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Five (5) years of relevant work experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree. 1+ years of experience using an SAP system and ability to analyze data within SAP. Knowledge of SAP activities within the Lead to Cash or within the Acquire to Decommission process. 2+ years performing accounting, sales, billing, or customer support activities within retail or manufacturing industry. Prior experience with the following tasks:
Performing user testing Writing business requirements Developing SOPs for various business units.
Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel Willingness to travel (up to 10%) Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge or experience with additional SAP processes 2+ years of experience performing configuration in an SAP ECC 6 system Experience configuring or transitioning to SAP S/4 HANA Previously worked or configured inside SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud Team experience with at least one full SAP upgrade or implementation project Experience with other SAP solutions like SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Cloud for Customer, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Field Service Management BPMN2 training/certification PMI training/certification SAP certification Physical Requirements
