The Data Analyst will interpret complex data sets, develop actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of data analysis techniques, strong proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of transforming data into strategic insights that drive business growth and operational efficiency. Responsibilities
Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives. Develop and implement data models, statistical analyses, and data mining techniques to inform strategic decision-making. Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders. Utilize tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to present data in a clear and actionable format. Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide insights that drive business strategy. Generate actionable recommendations based on data analysis to optimize processes, improve performance, and support business goals. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability by developing and implementing data quality checks and validation processes. Work with Data Governance teams to adhere to data standards and best practices across the organization. Partner with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and other team members to ensure data infrastructure supports analytical needs. Provide analytical support to various departments, assisting with data-driven projects and initiatives. Conduct advanced statistical analyses, predictive modeling, and other data science techniques to uncover deeper insights and forecast future trends. Explore new analytical methodologies and tools to enhance the organization's analytical capabilities. Document analytical processes, methodologies, and key findings to ensure knowledge sharing and transparency. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner. Other duties as assigned. Education
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience
Five years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field. Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Strong analytical and statistical skills with experience in data modeling, forecasting, and predictive analytics. Experience with data querying, data wrangling, and working with large data sets. Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred
Master’s degree. Experience in the healthcare industry or other regulated environments. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis. Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices. Certification in data analysis, business intelligence, or related areas. Travel
