About the Position Our AI Infrastructure & Cloud Services Technology and Services Division (TSD) is growing its presence at our second global HQ site in Morrisville, NC. We're looking for a Senior Datacenter Network Engineer with experience handling global network operations. This position is hybrid at our Morrisville site 3 days per week. Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the swift resolution of network issues and prompt communication to cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions are delivered effectively Serve as a team member supporting global networking and operations Provide network operations support and service to both internal and external customers, ensuring stakeholders at all levels receive the correct service Design, document and deliver efficient and reliable campus network solutions Support the design, documentation and delivery of a reliable global network architecture, ensuring complex network issues are resolved effectively Collaborate with Automation team to provide technical documentations to drive automation delivery Continuously optimize network performance to ensure stability and security Ensure network stability and security Provide detailed and timely documentation, ensuring accessibility across the organization Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field Preferred Qualifications
8+ years of Global Network Operations Experience 5+ years of Experience supporting Multinational Networking Projects Hands-on with Network Protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, Wireless Hands-on with Network Devices: routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers Hands-on with Cisco, Arista, Aruba, Palo Alto, Fortinet or F5 network products Experience delivering network automations on a cross-functional team Experience utilizing and implementing AI tools and automations Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Outstanding stakeholder, partner, and vendor management skills Cultural Competency working across Chinese, American, Desi, European, and South American cultural contexts, ensuring messages are communicated with clarity and tact Certifications a plus (CCNP) Bilingual skillset in Mandarin and English a plus The base salary budgeted range for this position is $100-135k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. This position is hybrid 3 days per week at our Morrisville, NC location.
