Responsibilities
As a Mark43 DevOps Engineer, ensure infrastructure is fault tolerant, fully automated, secure and compliant with applicable regulations. Use tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, and Grafana to engineer automated build/deploy processes, design production systems, integrate reliable monitoring and alerting, and manage deployments. Manage Mark43’s cloud infrastructure in AWS. Innovate and refine observability and monitoring of the platform to provide consistently high quality of service. Develop and deliver DevOps supporting practices, standards, technology and infrastructure to enable engineering teams. Create and maintain Pipeline as Code systems that build, configure, deploy, and test applications. Ensure the platform is scalable, fault tolerant and highly available. Create tools for automating deployment and operations of the overall Mark43 platform. Participate in 24/7 on-call shared rotation to provide infrastructure support and troubleshooting. Drive GitOps and Infrastructure as Code efforts to incorporate software development best practices into cloud infrastructure management. Own critical projects that directly impact the long-term health of the Mark43 platform. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a DevOps/Platform/SRE role. Experience with AWS and/or Azure. Experience building and maintaining codified CI/CD pipelines to build, package, and deploy applications. Experience with monitoring and observability tools with effective alerting. Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm). Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). Understanding of Security & Compliance best practices. What we offer
