Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Systems Administrator to support and enhance our organization’s technology infrastructure. This individual will play a key role in managing computer networks, servers, user devices, applications and modern identity platforms, ensuring seamless IT operations across our environment. Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain desktop and mobile device management (MDM) systems for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices; Oversee the deployment, configuration, and monitoring of physical and virtual servers; Manage user access, provisioning, and single sign-on (SSO) across various cloud platforms; Ensure network availability, performance, and security across local and cloud-based environments; Respond to and resolve incidents, service requests, and escalated technical issues; Create and maintain system documentation, procedures, and configurations; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SaaS platforms and integrations; Automate tasks and improve workflows using scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash); Assist in the planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects. Qualifications
3+ years of experience in IT systems or network administration. Demonstrated expertise in at least three of the following platforms: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, Slack, Zoom, Rippling, Okta, Meraki, Ubiquiti, Genea, Verkada, Wisenet Wave or other VMS platforms, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure. Experience with MDM tools (e.g., Fleet, Kandji, Jamf, Intune, Mosyle, or similar). Hands-on experience with SSO and identity providers (Okta, Azure AD, Google IAM, etc.). Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.). Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across hardware, software, and network layers. Familiarity with IT security best practices. Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting a hybrid or fully remote workforce. Knowledge of ITIL practices and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, Freshservice). Familiarity with automation platforms or infrastructure-as-code tools.
