President/CEO Position Overview Join our dynamic team as a
Website Designer/Developer and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of multiple websites that support our organizational, academic, and community goals. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to work on real-world projects, sharpen your technical skills, and collaborate with staff and peers to deliver sleek, functional, and accessible web experiences. Developer shall provide Website development and maintenance, site content writing and graphics, WooCommerce online store product management, administrative, databases, SEO, security, backups, and updates. Developer shall redesign or reconstruct websites as needed from time to time. Responsibilities Build and maintain multiple websites using CMS platforms (WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce, Drupal, Wix) Redesign or reconstruct websites as needed to meet evolving needs Ensure all website components (e.g., user registration, contact forms, hyperlinks, databases) function quickly and correctly Implement responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG) Perform weekly backups, updates, and security checks Troubleshoot bugs and optimize performance across servers and databases Assist with graphic design and multimedia integration Collaborate with stakeholders to gather content and design requirements Apply SEO strategies and integrate social media tools Analyze website data and user behavior to improve engagement Participate in team check-ins and project planning meetings Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in website development OR currently enrolled in a college/university program (Computer Science, Design, or related field) Experience with CMS platforms and web servers Understanding of SEO principles and accessibility standards Familiarity with online payment platforms and form builders (e.g., Formidable Forms, Gravity Forms) Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Portfolio or sample projects is a plus Bachelor's degree (or in progress) preferred What You'll Gain Hands-on experience in web development, design, and project management Mentorship and feedback from experienced professionals Opportunity to contribute to meaningful, community-driven digital projects Potential for academic credit or paid compensation Fidelity Partners is a Inc. 5000, USA company thatprovides medical, technical, logistical, and administrative services to thefederal government and commercial Clients across the country.
