Our engineering efforts support a real-time sensor netting system that enables high-quality situational awareness and integrated fire control capability. Our Systems Test engineers ensure customer success by designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test, verification, and validation strategies, processes, tools, and techniques. They are involved in all aspects of testing, including design-for-test, integration, subsystem, and component-level testing for sophisticated systems and technologies. Duties and Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute innovative tests, verification, and validation strategies, processes, tools, and techniques. Participate in all aspects of testing including design-for-test, integration, subsystem, and component testing for sophisticated systems and technologies. Collaborate with system leads and peers on system designs, requirements development, and process implementation. Support the design, development, documentation, analysis, and creation of multi-platform network architecture, physical topology design, configuration updates, data-flow analysis, market surveys, trade studies, and proposals. Apply knowledge of systems engineering procedures related to cybersecurity and network infrastructure. Develop tools to analyze system requirements and assess performance for design and development activities. Contribute to the design and execution of unit, system, and operational testing and evaluation. Work in a highly collaborative team environment, contributing across all development lifecycle phases using Agile/SCRUM methodologies. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including program personnel, government customers, and senior leadership. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or applicable STEM field. Six or more years of engineering experience. Strong interpersonal, communication, and professional skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in engineering or STEM. Experience with programming languages such as Matlab, Python, C/C++. Knowledge of requirements tools like DOORS. Experience with Linux environments and MATLAB for data analysis. Experience with lab equipment and software, radar/sensor systems, and U.S. Navy combat systems. Additional Information: Regular communication, ability to work in noisy environments, prolonged computer use, and physical ability to lift at least 25 pounds. Travel may be required.
