Commercial Lines Account Manager – Small Market Accounts (Remote for MA Residents Only) Are you a detail-oriented insurance professional looking to grow with a supportive and forward-thinking agency? We’re currently seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to take ownership of a book of small market accounts specific to the Massachusetts region. This is a full-service role, ideal for someone with strong knowledge of commercial lines products and coverages who thrives in an independent agency environment. Responsibilities
Manage and service a portfolio of small commercial accounts from start to finish Build strong client relationships by delivering responsive, knowledgeable service Coordinate with carriers and underwriters to secure appropriate coverage options Prepare renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes Maintain accurate records in agency management system Ideal Qualifications
2+ years of experience servicing commercial lines accounts in an independent agency Strong working knowledge of commercial lines products and coverages Active Property & Casualty license Experience with AMS360 preferred Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment Fully remote for Massachusetts residents only 401(k) with a generous match Supportive, collaborative team culture Job Details
