Overview
We are seeking a skilled
PCB Design Engineer
to support the design, layout, and documentation of complex electronic circuits and PCB assemblies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PCB design, schematic capture, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality electronics products. Responsibilities
Create and maintain detailed electronic schematics and PCB layouts using ECAD tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, OrCAD, Mentor Graphics). Collaborate with electrical engineers to translate circuit designs into manufacturable PCB layouts. Ensure designs meet electrical, mechanical, and thermal requirements, as well as industry standards. Perform design rule checks (DRC), signal integrity analysis, and PCB validation. Manage BOMs (Bill of Materials), component libraries, and design documentation. Support prototype assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of PCB designs. Work closely with manufacturing and test teams to ensure design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for test (DFT) compliance. Assist in reviewing and improving ECAD design processes and standards. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field. 3–6 years of experience in PCB design, schematic capture, and ECAD tools. Strong understanding of high-speed digital, analog, and mixed-signal PCB design principles. Experience with signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC considerations. Knowledge of PCB fabrication and assembly processes. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Skills
Experience in defense, aerospace, or high-reliability electronics projects. Familiarity with multi-layer PCB design, HDI, and RF PCB layouts. Exposure to PCB simulation tools (e.g., HyperLynx, SIwave). What We Offer
