Schedule: Full Time Shift: Days Location: 3100 East Fletcher Avenue Tampa, Florida 33613 The community you'll be caring for: AdventHealth Tampa AdventHealth Tampa, a faith-based not-for-profit 626-bed tertiary-level acute care hospital located in the uptown district of Tampa, Florida, specializes in advanced cardiovascular medicine, neuroscience and neurology, digestive health, orthopedics, women's services, pediatrics, oncology, endocrinology, bariatrics, wound healing, sleep medicine and general surgery including minimally invasive and robot-assisted procedures. The Role You'll Contribute

Manages the Medical Staff Office which includes the privileging process for AdventHealth Tampa, and AdventHealth Connerton. Works collaboratively with the Credentials Verification Office (CVO) of the West Florida Division to assure that documentation is received by applicants for initial or recurrent biannual privileging. Assures that the Medical Executive Committee, Division meetings, and all other Medical Staff Committees are appropriately organized, advertised, and memorialized through appropriate minutes of all proceedings by MSO staff. The Value You'll Bring To The Team

Compose, transcribe, and distribute letters to medical staff members resulting from actions taken by medical staff leadership (Medical Executive Committee and/or Board of Directors). Assists with gathering of information in preparation and completion of all internally or externally required reports pertaining to medical staff. Ensures OPPE data is included in the recredentailing process. Collaboratively works with Physician Services and Informatics Team to manage the organized medical staff operations to include ID badges and vehicle parking passes, assist with orientation and other needs. Minimum Qualifications
