Senior Project Manager

to lead architectural projects from concept to completion. What You Will Be Doing

In this role, you will orchestrate all phases of design and construction by leading design and technical development of commercial projects from concept to completion. Ensuring that every project reflects our commitment to excellence, creativity, and precision. You will drive project success, manage client relationships, mentor internal teams, and deliver sophisticated architectural solutions. From initial planning and feasibility studies to design development, permitting, and construction oversight, you will lead with both vision and execution. Key Responsibilities

Lead Full Project Lifecycle: Direct architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery of high-quality, innovative, and functional design solutions. Client Discovery & Visioning: Engage with clients to understand objectives; develop feasibility studies and present design proposals aligned with goals. Conceptual Development: Generate and refine design concepts balancing creativity with practical execution, keeping client priorities and feasibility at the forefront. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior architects and designers, fostering growth and professional excellence. Technical Documentation: Develop and compile comprehensive project specifications and construction documentation. Budget & Schedule Management: Control project budgets and timelines, proactively managing resources to meet or exceed expectations. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to building codes, safety standards, and legal guidelines. Site Oversight & Reporting: Conduct regular site inspections, maintain quality control, and provide updates to stakeholders. Collaboration & Coordination: Liaise between design teams, contractors, engineers, and other professionals to promote alignment and project success. Talents Required to be Successful in this Role

10+ years architectural experience with residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Construction documentation expertise, including markups, permit revisions, and engineer coordination. Strong technical knowledge of building systems, codes, and quality standards. Advanced design software skills, expert Revit skills, modeling, detailed coordination. Creative, 3D design thinking with excellent drawing ability and eye for detail. Clear communicator and project leader, skilled in managing teams and client expectations. High urgency mindset, able to manage and deliver large scale, deadline-driven projects. Collaborative approach, fostering strong relationships with clients, teams, and construction partners. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture Architect License not required Seniority level
