Client Onboarding Specialist .

As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will carry the ADP relationship forward after a sale and enable the first interaction between mid-sized business clients and ADP's payroll and HR solutions. You will build relationships with clients and implement ADP technologies to ensure long-term success. Your work will impact clients' employees daily, from paychecks to health benefits and beyond.
You will spend your day ensuring clients are comfortable using ADP products and services. You will partner with clients to understand their business needs, analyze existing systems and processes, and guide clients toward the best solution. The work spans geographies and industries, requiring different solutions to meet specific needs. Our top-ranked training supports success.
The role is in a metrics-driven, structured environment. You will build rapport with clients, communicate clearly and professionally, and aim for high client satisfaction scores. The pace may be fast, and the role includes opportunities to connect with colleagues and grow within the company.

What You’ll Do
Onboard Clients.
Create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation and help clients develop skills and confidence to use our products through your expertise and relationship-building.
Implement ADP Technologies.
Consult with clients, analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes to deliver a comprehensive ADP solution and incorporate new processes and tools.
Partner Internally.
Collaborate with ADP sales and customer service teams and exchange routine information with the client project team, including priorities, timeliness, and issues as they arise.
Multi-Task - Communicate.
Manage multiple time-sensitive projects and follow-up items, sharing essential information with clients and ADP teams.
Organize.
Adhere to a daily schedule and manage a high volume of inbound calls; daily phone time may increase during peak seasons.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Basic project management skills
Ability to work overtime during peak seasons
A college degree is helpful but not required. Other acceptable experiences could include:
Experience noted above OR
