With U.S.-based operational headquarters in Southfield, Michigan, Auria operates 16 manufacturing, 9 technical and 5 JV locations across 10 countries and employs approximately 4,900 people worldwide. We are currently searching for a Sr IT Analyst to join our team at our Corporate Business Systems Team. This position can be located at any one of our US locations and will be determined based on the successful candidate’s location. Responsibilities
Design, test, debug, and implement new software application systems and enhancements to existing systems. Performs maintenance on existing software applications. Solve basic to highly complex technical problems and lead projects. Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of key functional areas. Lead multiple functional areas and be responsible for delivery within the timing, budget, and scope of larger department initiatives. Respond to and resolve support activities to meet department metrics and KPIs, providing corrective action recommendations when KPIs are not met. Meet individual yearly objectives for the IT department and ensure timely and effective IT user support. Collaborate across departments to resolve support issues and drive plant/program launches in accordance with IT risk and system policies. Meet project deadlines aligned to department strategy and maintain system documentation per company policies. Lead risk management for the IT organization, elevating concerns when identified, and adopt new technologies to improve service. Gather, document, and analyze relevant requirements; prepare and present business process or system walkthroughs. Ensure documentation and changes follow development and implementation policies; govern ERP support tickets related to the responsible area. Identify opportunities to reduce cost or resource waste and drive budgeted maintenance and upgrades. Interface with business/process owners and IT management on changes to IT environments; work with peers and other IT teams on multi-discipline projects to avoid issues during implementations. Understand systems methodology and follow applicable standards; communicate maintenance needs to budget and track costs. Document impacts of proposed changes on business processes and systems and plan accordingly. Other duties as assigned. What you will gain as a part of the Auria Team

BS degree with focus in IT or a technical subject (preferred) or equivalent on-the-job experience. Minimum 5 years of manufacturing IT experience within an ERP environment. Plex, QAD, One Stream, Power BI, SQL preferred. Travel Requirements
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to Auria manufacturing facilities. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to work from the shop floor to the front office. Advanced knowledge and experience of system life cycle methodology, quality assurance, project management, and relevant disciplines.
