Relanto . We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems that power applications serving thousands of users. The ideal candidate has strong Python backend expertise, is familiar with modern development practices, and is eager to work on cutting-edge AI/LLM technologies. This role involves building APIs, ensuring system security, integrating with databases and cloud services, and contributing to high-performance, reliable systems. While prior experience with LLMs, LangChain/LangGraph, or RAG pipelines is a plus, a willingness to learn and adapt is equally valued. Key Responsibilities

Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performing backend services and APIs in Python. System Design & Architecture: Build and optimize modular backend systems to support applications serving thousands of concurrent users. Database Integration: Work with relational and cloud-native databases (e.g., Snowflake) to ensure efficient data modeling, integration, and querying. Security & Access Control: Implement and maintain security best practices, including RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), authentication, and authorization mechanisms. Cloud & DevOps: Leverage AWS services for deployment and scaling; ensure best practices in Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop automated unit and integration tests, perform load testing, and ensure high system reliability. LLM/AI Integration (Optional/Good to Have): Contribute to building and scaling

RAG pipelines

and LLM-backed applications; explore and experiment with

LangChain/LangGraph

or similar agent frameworks. Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Python backend development, with proven experience in building APIs and services at scale. Experience with security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and RBAC. Solid understanding of database integration (Snowflake preferred, other relational DBs acceptable). Familiarity with AWS cloud services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.) and cloud-native development practices. Proficiency in Docker, Git, and CI/CD tools. Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., PyTest, unittest) and load testing tools (e.g., Locust, JMeter). Seniority level
