The Manager of Premium Services will report to the Director of Operations and is responsible for managing all aspects of premium services operations including Clubs, Suites, In-Seat Service, Catering, and other related areas. Essential Functions
Manage all facets of premium food and beverage operations to meet budgets, manage P&L statements, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Oversee operations of VIP clubs and hospitality spaces, coordinating with culinary teams on menus, labor, and guest service within budget. Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to staff executing the premium business plan. Achieve planned costs in labor and COGS within budget guidelines. Develop annual operating budgets and conduct quarterly reviews. Maintain high-quality service and products, fostering positive customer and client relations. Oversee inventory management for premium services. Ensure safety and sanitation procedures are followed, working with health officials. Maintain operational condition of food service equipment. Work with subcontractors to meet operational needs and contract terms. Develop new concepts aligning with industry trends and technology. Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop event service staff. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years managing premium and VIP operations in venues like clubs or suites. Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years management experience in foodservice, including 3 years in premium services in a sports/entertainment venue. Excellent communication skills, ability to multitask and prioritize. Basic financial knowledge of food and beverage business. Strong customer service orientation, leadership, and management skills. Willingness to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work in a team environment. Knowledge of accounting policies is preferred. Compensation
Salary of $68,640, with benefits including health insurance, paid vacation, and 401k. Working Conditions
