We’re looking for a

Project Engineer

to join our Design Group in our Omaha headquarters. If you have a passion for land development and infrastructure design and want to contribute to projects that leave a lasting legacy, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing As a Project Engineer you’ll be a key member of our team. Your experience will help guide both projects and people, from concept to completion. Responsibilities include:

Performing or delegating design tasks to project engineers and technicians

Making critical design decisions and reviewing project deliverables

Preparing correspondence, reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates

Working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an accredited institution

Engineer-In-Training accreditation

0-4 years of experience

Experience in civil design plan development

Ability to complete stormwater and sanitary drainage studies

Experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D a plus

Strong organizational, technical writing, and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

A collaborative spirit — comfortable working independently or as part of a team

A knack for presenting ideas clearly, both in writing and in person
