The Marketing Cloud Engineer will be responsible for building, configuring, and maintaining Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions to support Seven Corners’ digital engagement, campaigns, and customer experience initiatives. This role ensures marketing automation and personalization capabilities are executed efficiently, securely, and in alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Marketing Cloud assets including email templates, landing pages, data extensions, and automations. Configure and optimize customer journeys in Journey Builder. Partner with Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Developer, and Analytics Engineer to integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and other platforms. Build SQL queries, AMPscript, and automation workflows for advanced segmentation and personalization. Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across campaigns (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, HIPAA). Support campaign teams with testing, QA, and deployment of campaigns. Troubleshoot issues, manage system cleanups, and improve platform performance. Provide best practices guidance on campaign optimization, deliverability, and personalization. Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder). Experience writing AMPscript, SQL, and building data extensions. Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Connect (integration with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud). Familiarity with email deliverability, campaign testing, and compliance standards. Worked closely with marketing/business teams to deliver technical solutions. Ideal Candidate
3–5 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud development experience. Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Email Specialist, Developer, Consultant). Experience integrating SFMC with CRM or financial/claims systems. Exposure to insurance, healthcare, or regulated industries. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with both marketing and IT stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing Technology, or related field.
