As an Accounting Analyst III, you will play a crucial role in providing expertise and mentorship in compiling, analyzing and interpreting financial information for leadership decision-making. This role ensures compliance with requirements and regulations and is a resource for both internal and external customers. Your responsibilities will also include looking for ways to optimize business processes through technology and automation, improving efficiency and reducing costs. Performs assigned month-end activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, management reporting, SEC reporting and variance analysis Prepares, maintains and develops schedules, reports, and analyses for internal/external customers Provides requested documentation and clear explanations for audit processes Participates in small projects with minimal mentorship and acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience Processes and analyses significant amounts of data, including issues and transactions Supports the regulated financial reporting function with the monthly close and the quarterly and year-end reporting processes Preferred: Prior experience in regulatory accounting, financial reporting and statement consolidation Preferred: Prior experience with Oracle ERP or similar applications, Workiva, and PowerBi Other duties as assigned Education/Years of Experience:

Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related major with a strong accounting focus and minimum four (4) years experience in accounting in the energy industry Preferred: CPA Other Requirements:
