Portfolio Administration Transitions Manager Responsible for coordination and management of Transitions within the Lease Administration Platform for newly awarded and existing Lease Administration assignments. Responsibilities

Manage Portfolio Lease Administration Transition projects to ensure maximum efficiency and effective onboarding of clients in alignment with contractual obligations. Read the client contract and collaborate with the sales and brokerage teams to understand scope, timelines, and client expectations; ensure account needs are met within the client service agreements. Lead all Lease Administration internal and client-facing service line meetings; set completion targets and identify key success criteria. Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and oversee the direction, supervision, and initial setup process related to lease administration. Coordinate with technology to ensure successful setup of PLA services including reporting and proactive analytics; align database design with client outcomes and best practices. Oversee abstraction, migration, and validation of leases by the abstraction team; coordinate requests for documentation/clarification to build a complete database during transition. Identify, track, and report PLA transition progress; assess risks and develop mitigation strategies; provide regular updates to client and transition team. Collaborate with other divisions and client entities (e.g., Transaction Management, Facilities Management, Construction/Design, legal) as needed. Provide feedback to leadership on issues and areas for improvement; partner with regional and account leadership to finalize PLA organizational structure. Lead the transition go-live/transformation handover and complete transition billing for Portfolio Administration implementation services for assigned clients. Coordinate and facilitate communication channels among Clients, abstraction personnel and/or subcontractors, quality control coordinators, and Client teams. Track and ensure completion of all Client and Client Team deliverables; provide superior client service and build trust with team members, leadership, and clients. Contribute to the integrity and ongoing development of the lease administration program, including initial development of playbooks for ongoing administration. Operate across multiple lease administration platforms to deliver services; drive continuous improvement through best practices and updated procedures. Demonstrate initiative, urgency, and adherence to deadlines; discuss current practices and propose future state improvements informed by benchmark data. Communicate inefficiencies and establish new processes to meet client-specific needs; generate and deploy integrated best-practice playbooks, templates, and PLA tools. Support internal change management with the client’s organization; execute special projects as directed by senior leadership. Support companywide initiatives and ensure standards are implemented, met, and maintained; stay current with industry standards and trends. Qualifications

Education Bachelor’s Degree preferred in any field; business, finance/real estate, accounting ideal. Additional Eligibility 3+ years relevant work experience Ability to read and understand financial statements Strong interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple high priorities Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Demonstrated leadership/management skills; strong customer service and communication proficiency Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving abilities; sense of urgency and organizational skills Work Environment
