Responsibilities
Assist in establishing premium rates and conducting financial analysis and reporting
Support the Molina Marketplace ACA individual market pricing, forecasting, and accrual processes
Summarize and analyze claims and utilization in support of pricing processes
Generate and distribute routine reports for IBNR calculations and financial reporting
Research and develop reports and analysis for senior management, effectively communicating results
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics
1-2 years of relevant experience
Must have passed at least 2 actuarial exams
Strong analytical skills to identify trends related to medical care costs
Ability to extract and compile information from various systems
Preferred Qualifications
3-4 years of relevant experience in healthcare or actuarial roles
Programming experience in Databricks or SQL
