Attention to detail Experience training and coaching all kitchen personnel Professionalism, team spirit, fairness, honesty and pride in staff Ensure food quality standards for taste, temperature, appearance and presentation; ensure recipes are followed Management of kitchen labor, food and controllable expense budgets Accountability, dependability and schedule flexibility Minimum 5-7 years of experience in high-end kitchen management Food Handler Card / ServSafe Certification Knowledge of local purveyors and farms preferred Fluency in Spanish is a plus Employment Details
