Boca Restaurant in Corte Madera is looking for an organized and goal-oriented Restaurant General Manager to oversee the running of our restaurant. The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for hiring and training staff, maintaining financial records, working with kitchen staff to develop the menu, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities
Hire, train, and manage staff. Create and update menus. Order ingredients and beverages. Keep financial records of income and expenses. Gather customer feedback to improve service. Open and close the restaurant daily. Motivate staff during busy shifts. Manage costs, labor, and P&L. Resolve conflicts diplomatically and business-oriented. Ensure staff availability for shifts. Qualifications
Degree in business management or related field. Experience in the restaurant industry. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work long hours. Knowledge of bookkeeping software. Strong customer service skills. Additional Details
