Job Summary Join our team as the Executive Chef at Porsche, where luxury meets culinary innovation. You’ll lead all kitchen operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced, premium environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute seasonal, on-brand menus with consistent quality and presentation
Lead back-of-house operations including prep, production, and service
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized kitchen in full compliance with health regulations
Train and mentor kitchen staff in techniques, safety protocols, and quality standards
Control food and labor costs to meet financial goals
Oversee purchasing, inventory management, and vendor relations
Support VIP events and collaborate with front-of-house teams for seamless execution
Enforce HACCP and sanitation protocols
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-volume, upscale culinary environment
Strong background in kitchen leadership, staff management, and team development
Proven success with catering execution and premium dining experiences
Solid understanding of food cost control, portioning, and waste reduction
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic inventory systems
ServSafe certification preferred (or ability to obtain upon hire)
