Sr. SAP Cloud ERP Sales Specialist – South at Sistas In Sales. The role focuses on driving sales and ensuring pipeline, revenue targets, and customer success in SAP Public Cloud / Cloud ERP offerings. The team collaborates across Sales, COE, Customer Success, VAT, Alliance Partners, and customers to execute GTM strategy and achieve revenue growth. Responsibilities

Lead designated territory and accounts, manage relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles. Develop strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and sustainable growth. Set vision and strategy for the sales team and create MU sales plans to drive growth across revenue streams. Conduct account and opportunity reviews with leadership. Establish trusted advisor relationships based on customer requirements and value delivery. Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Create, drive, and accelerate enablement of the wider SAP sales team in collaboration with Sales & Learning and MU resources. Collaborate with extended sales teams and cross-brand LOB strategy execution. Maintain a rolling pipeline (R4Q) with 4x funnel coverage and accelerate deal progression. Leverage Marketing, inside sales, and Alliance Partners to drive net new opportunities. Orchestrate resources to execute winning sales and maintain accurate CRM data. Build executive relationships and a foundation for future opportunities; deliver comprehensive business plans addressing customer priorities and pain points. Act as a subject matter expert in SAP Cloud ERP within a highly matrixed environment. Your Profile / Qualifications

Experience in software/IT with proficiency in Enterprise and/or LOB software solutions through roles such as Sales, Presales, Consulting, or Business Development. SAP product experience and/or extensive software sales experience in Cloud offerings. Working knowledge of cloud, Hosted Services, SaaS/PaaS models, and cloud-based commerce/business networks. Professional network contributing to market, pipeline, and revenue growth for SAP. Ability to connect with customers using industry-specific language; English fluency is an asset; local market language is desirable. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
