Work autonomously and as part of a team to solve complex data challenges using advanced SQL skills. Lead and oversee the development of test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress) and mentor team members. Take initiative in conducting in-depth root cause analysis and driving projects to completion. Collaborate confidently across functions, sharing ideas and solutions while fostering a supportive environment. Utilize debugging platforms (Splunk, New Relic, Thousand Eyes) to resolve issues and enhance processes. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills while building relationships across teams. Participate actively in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of QA strategies and processes. Minimum Qualifications

12+ years of experience in working on database design and front end interactions with data retrieval 12+ years of experience working as a back end database engineer Deep knowledge of Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Compass) to manage output of multiple development teams 12+ years in writing and debugging automation scripts/suites using Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript 4+ years working with Linux-based platforms or applications Preferred Qualifications

Ability to lead a team(s) and drive results aligned with organizational requirements Self-motivated with goal setting for self and delegation to team when applicable Ability to lead large-scale projects with enterprise-level impacts Ability to act independently to determine methods and procedures on special assignments Location: Raleigh, NC
