General Purpose And Scope Snap! We are looking for a Digital Experience Developer to build and maintain functional websites and applications mostly in Webflow and WordPress. The projects you will collaborate on vary in size and functionality and go beyond typical brochure sites. A team player. A collaborator. Someone who enjoys being on a team of extremely talented people driven to make a great client experience. You understand that in marketing, it’s more than just a website it\'s a way for someone to grow their business. Strategy is everything, and design matters. About You Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to organize and prioritize work A strong attention to detail with a focus on best UX design practices, website accessibility, page speed optimization, and SEO Strong development skills, ability to work/think through web development projects with a perspective on overall tech stack Ability to be responsive and able to collaborate on client-related web development solutions Supports team-based and collaborative work environment Sets goals and makes continuous progress at personally growing and developing professional knowledge and skills Initiates action by responding quickly, taking independent action, and going "above and beyond." Responsibilities Identify user and system requirements for new sites and applications Work with UX/UI team to create wireframes for collaborative layout Ability to develop lightly in HTML, CSS, JavaScript Ability to work in Webflow / WordPress / Shopify and other platforms Basic web design and UX skills Database skills a plus Preferred Qualifications The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor\'s degree or 2+ years work experience Comfortable working under limited supervision, with sometimes tight and changing deadlines Agency or service-oriented business experience a plus Have a deep understanding of how web technologies and experiences work from the user to the database Experience working in Webflow and WordPress (Shopify and other CMS platforms is a plus) Have strong front-end CSS skills and some experience with (jQuery, CSS/SCSS, etc.) Experience with GSAP, React, Next.js, etc. is a plus Team collaboration and web development experience Works at developing strong relationships and communication skills To apply please email your resume and cover letter via the link below.
